LLBO Health Division Patient Benefits Program would like to invite you to our Outreach & Enrollment Sessions on Wednesday June 13, 2018 @ Bemidji Clinic and Thursday June 21, 2018 @ Onigum Center.
PBC’s will be at the Community Centers/Clinics from 10am to 2pm.
We will be discussing Medical Assistance, Medicare and Social Security.
We will be serving a light lunch & beverages.
