Public Comment Period
- Comment Period Opens: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
- Comment Period Closes: Thursday, May 7, 2026
The public comment period will remain open for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
Submitting Comments
Written comments on the proposed personal use act are encouraged. Comments should:
- Be submitted in writing;
- Referenced specific provisions where possible; and
- Be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 7, 2026.

Next Steps
Following the close of the public comment period, the Commission will review all comments received and may revise the proposed personal use act as deemed necessary or appropriate. The Commission intends to adopt the final personal use act following completion of the public comment and review process. Upon adoption, the final personal use act will be published.
