- MCT (Degree of Indian Blood) Card with Leech Lake Gaming Badge
- MCT (Degree of Indian Blood) with US Post mail/addressed document. Ex; Utility Bill
- College ID with US Postal mail/addressed document. Ex: Utility Bill
