Description:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host an availability session for community members to learn more about the St. Regis Paper Company Superfund Site in Cass Lake.
EPA crews will be conducting soil and groundwater sampling along 2nd Street South and Central Avenue this summer. This session is an opportunity to ask questions, learn about upcoming work, and provide input.
EPA staff will also share information about forming a Community Advisory Group (CAG), which would give residents a direct forum to share concerns and stay involved in decision-making.
This is not a formal meeting—community members are welcome to stop by anytime during the session.
