Leech Lake Tribal IDs: Duluth Office
The Leech Lake Tribal Enrollment Department will be providing Tribal Identification Card services at the Leech Lake Duluth Office for enrolled members of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe ages 14 and older.

Required Documentation
Applicants must provide one of the following:
• Minnesota Identification Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Certified Birth Certificate
Fees
✅ First Tribal ID card is free
💵 Duplicate cards are $15
Tribal ID cards are valid for four (4) years after issuance.
