The Leech Lake Enrollment Department will be providing Tribal Identification Card services at the Leech Lake Twin Cities Office (LLTCO) in Minneapolis.

Required Documentation
Applicants must provide one of the following:
• Minnesota Identification Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Certified Birth Certificate
Fees
âś… First-time IDs and expired IDs are FREE
đź’µ Replacement IDs: $15 cash
Additional Information
• Name changes require supporting documentation.
• Tribal IDs are valid for four (4) years.
• Individuals age 5 and older must provide a Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, or another legal document.
