The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is seeking qualified Design-Build contractors to design and construct two new funeral home facilities—one in Onigum and one in Bena. These new buildings will provide culturally appropriate spaces for families to gather and honor loved ones, featuring chapels, kitchen areas, and full ADA accessibility.
The selected firm will be responsible for completing final designs, securing permits, and overseeing construction of both sites within a combined project budget of $500,000. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, past performance, and ability to meet the project’s design, budget, and schedule goals.
Sealed proposals are due to the Leech Lake Purchasing Department by 4:30 p.m. on November 10, 2025.
