The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is requesting proposals from qualified Design-Build firms for the renovation of a recently acquired building in Bemidji that will serve as a new Behavioral Health Office. The project includes architectural and engineering services, interior renovation, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, electrical improvements, and assistance with permitting and the City of Bemidji Conditional Use Permit process.
